We had a great time at this place! The location was ideal, right next to all the best sights and shops- we couldn't have asked for more. The room service was great too, with fast and efficient cleaning, and a great staff. The amenities in the room were perfect for our needs and we loved the little extras like the mini-bar and sitting area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the separate tub and shower in the bathroom- very luxurious!
We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a great location. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Plus, the beds were comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

Great location, helpful staff. Spacious and well-decorated executive double room with good amenities such as Nespresso and a foldable ironing board. Bathtub and shower well-planned and clean. Air conditioning almost inaudible. Will visit again.

Excellent customer service and personal touches. During our stay at The Cavendish, we were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel were really good too make it nice. They surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake and card in our room, a lovely gesture. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring London, with convenient transportation options nearby. The bar service was great, and the breakfast food was delicious. Despite a couple of minor issues with the room, such as peeling paint and a less-than-ideal view, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The staff were polite and accommodating, making our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Cavendish for its really good customer service and personal touch.

This hotel is close to everything - shops, restaurants, and many of the city's tourist spots. The location is fantastic! Staff is friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel is located in the heart of famous shopping, dining, and sightseeing attractions, surrounded by bespoke shops like Fortnum & Mason, few blocks away from Green Park station. The rooms are decent enough, with an average bathroom and power shower. The staffs are friendly but give you a corporate feel. They serve excellent quality complimentary lemonade and offer car valeting at a charged price.
The gym had limited weekend hours, which limited access to the facility.
